A few of us friends got together at Club Eclectricity for some games. Club owner, Izzy, has some of the best games and tonight it was a round of Pictionary while most of us kept one eye on RL TV Super Bowl game and the other on the SL Pictionary game. I won the first round and Izzy won the second round. We finished our games about the same time the Super Bowl finished up and it was pay off time. "He who shall not be named" was the game day bet loser so had to don the costume of Emma's choice and run in a club for 2 minutes. She chose a beautiful little Giant's cheer leading outfit complete with pom poms and matching boots and off we went to the club. The rest is history.....

Proposers is a group for photography, pose and animation lovers.
We wanted to open the New Year with a different event rather than our famous Hunt. Sitting on the couch and watching the snow falling, and the Holidays fast approaching, I thought it was the right time to have fun again and HELP for a GOOD CAUSE.
I have had the great honor and opportunity to get in touch with the ASA (Autism Society of America). Autism is a great deal nowadays, that appears in early childhood, usually before age 3. All autism disorders affect a child's ability to communicate and interact with others. December 2009, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued their ADDM autism prevalence report. The report concluded that the prevalence of autism had risen to 1 in every 110 births in the United States and almost 1 in 70 boys.
MISSION:
We came out with the idea to have a EXPO where part of the sales will be donated directly to the ASA.
Donation Kiosks will be placed on the sim too. Documents and/or proof of RL Donation will be shared with the Proposers Group after the end of the event.

Prism and Lumiere-New Clothes and Skin

I checked out some new clothes and skin today.
Prism has this beautiful deep red group gift dress I am standing in front of in the top pic and a very cute sassy 60L weekend outfit out right now that I picked up shown in the bottom middle pic.

Late Night Chocolate Fix at Konditrei Frozen Night

Tonight I stopped in at Frozen Night, a little corner of chocolate heaven by Toya Watanabe. The whole place looks like it's made up of chocolate and candies. The first shop I stopped in had a couple of adorable dollarbees including large chocolate figure props than when sat on poofed Valentines hearts and a sweet cushion with pose. There are some fun things in the shop and I bought a cute little dress that actually hands out mouth candy to those who dare touch the candies tucked away in the bosom. I moved on to enjoy some adorable pose balls and spots around the area and walked through chocolate into other buildings to pose and play including riding a candy train through a sort of Valentines tunnel of chocolate love. There are free chocolate mouth candies to be found if you are clicker like me and I found the whole experience to be quite fun. Check it out if you like chocolate or have a fun date for Valentines.
I was about to leave the sim when I glanced around and saw a break in the ice in a section of the sim next to the chocolate area so I explored into the ice break and found a whole store of totally fun stuff for sale by this same maker under water/ice. Then I had to start camming the whole place and it's awesome, filled with a vareity of unique shops of fun things from landscaping to clothes to more valentines items such as chocolate trees that hand out candy. Plus there's a ton more things to play on, bike around the square, ride the penguine swing go round, and pose spots like the seat next to the mama and baby bear in the waterfall that I sat in for a while. Then I won some gestures in a game and some musical animations on the lucky board atop a small floating rock structure. A great place to visit.
I went for the chocolate and found so much more!

Twomoons Island -Alien Abduction Trailer Park-Unique Shopping and Recreation

I slipped into SL for a few moments this morning to find Twomoons is being made over into this new awesome alien abduction trailer park area with fun unique shopping and recreation. I tp'd from the car to the spaceship for a great view of the area and I have to say Twomoons always impresses me. I guess this is still under construction, but still WOW! I checked MiaSnow's blog for more info and it says there are a few rentals still available too. Split Screen February Exhibits Open Featuring Shellina Winkler & Pinkpink Sorbet

Split Screen is now open with it's two latest artist exhibits featuring Shellina's "Apocalypse 2012: Who's Afraid of the End of the World?" and Pinkpink's "Lots of Nybbles". This is always a fun place to get up close and personal with some great immersive art by some of SL's finest artists.
I visited Shellina's half first as it is very big and right there where you land at Split Screen. This VERY large black and white exhibit is best seen in dark light with major camming and it's fun to walk into. The following quote runs around it, "“It is possible to believe that all the past is but the beginning of a beginning, and that all that is and has been is but the twilight of the dawn. It is possible to believe that all the human mind has ever accomplished is but the dream before the awakening.”

Next I'd tp'd up to Pinkpink's exhibit and her note card explains: "Lots of Nybbles.
In computing a "nybble" contains four bits and it is common to display a byte of information as two nibbles. In this work Pinkpink refers to a NYBBLE using 4 textures and 4 scripts to visualize a small element of a standard convention in an interactive way.
By walking around you change the appearance and on a key around you can rotate very slowly the best in mouselook and then watch it with the zoom-function of your operating system if possible and liked.
