Epic Toy Factory owned by Mayah Parx/Tinker Toy sponsored the Ravenshard sim in the 2013 Fantasy Faire and I totally LOVED this area.  It reminds me a bit of a mix between Whoville and the cool stuff of Nightmare before Christmas with it's Lorax style fluffy topped trees with black and white striped trunks, funky buildings for the FF products with arms and legs and stuff sticking out of the actual buildings, chocolate waterfalls and ponds with boats and straws and a bubble you can pose in, tiny brightly colored fairy/elf areas etc., making it all like a magical dream. Be sure to visit this weekend before the 2013 FF closes for the season and then run on over to the Epic Toy Factory for a ton more fun. Visit here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Epic%20Toys/130/213/22

One of the 8 sims, Crimson Fields, will pay homage to one of my fav RL authors, Stephen King, of the "Dark Tower" series, so that should be especially interesting to see.  Their web site states: "Crimson Fields (by Laufey Markstein) – The field of Oblivion will be built as a homage to Stephen King’s “Dark Tower” series, and will feature a central, gothic and ominous dark tower, in a wide open field of overgrown thorns and scarlet red roses. The stores builds will hint at the long-gone remains of similar gothic structures, roof-less, with time-eroded stone walls entwined in overgrown rose thorns." The other 7 sims will be: The DragonSpire (by Khyle Sion), Evensong Woods (by Searlait Nitschke), Lotus Valley Dream (by Marcus Inkpen/ Sharni Azalee), Lumenaria (by Kayle Matzerath),  Magnificat (by Alia Baroque), Magnificat (by Alia Baroque),  Ravenshard (by Mayah Parx), and Titans Hollow (by Elicio Ember).

Fantasy Faire has some great builders, designers, and sponsors so should be a lot of fun and a beautiful place to explore and shop for a good cause, Relay For Life.
