"A Midnight Clear" The 2018 Calas Winter Holiday Sim Opens to the Public Dec. 1

The annual Calas Christmas sim opens to the public December 1 and it's created in grand style as usual.  There are returning favorites such as the couples and groups sleigh rides, bento horse riders, hot air balloon tour, skating, Santa, HUGE Christmas tree area, pavilion, all the nice dance and relax areas, and there is new scenery too. I found a new friend so we toured together.  I especially enjoyed the Polar Express elegant train dining rooms and the cool lighting and scenery on the sleigh ride. This is always a must see winter holiday explore.  There will be plenty of music events too. I took pics as usual.

Journey to the Lost City

Today I checked out "Journey to the Lost City" Calas Halloween 2012.  Their note card reads:
"Welcome to our fellow Calas Explorers!

You are about to embark on a journey that takes you from a dark castle in The Carpathian Mountains to the jungles of the Far East. It’s the 1860’s.   Your goal: To search for the lost expedition that left 18 months earlier in search of, at the current Count’s request, the treasure of an ancient city, said to exist deep in the jungle.  The unfortunate souls had also been given the task of collecting more specimens for the Count’s disturbing  and downright twisted collection of unusual fauna (and not so fauna?) from around the world.

*IMPORTANT  To get to the jungles of the Far East, you must first find the Gold Idol hidden (well, kind of :-) in the Castle"
