HuMaNoiD is Back at LEA6

I made this above video in 2013 when the original HuMaNoiD was a popular place to visit.  It later closed but is temporarily back at LEA6.  I was so excited to hear about this and ran over for a look and was pleased to find most of the original features by Wendy Xeno.  Some things have changed a little but the magic doors and places remain.  This is a must see.  Visit here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/LEA6/206/80/22

Inspiration Book Party

(Persia top left.. pic just above here includes my friend Kathy Nikolaidis, Glyph graves, Myself, Mimi Juneau, and Neva Crystall)
Persia Bravin invited me to the all white attire Inspiration book party that was held Sunday July 22nd..  The party was to celebrate the official launch of the SL interior design and trend forecast publication, INSPIRATION BOOK that is published 4 times a year.  The non-commercial book is created by a group of people who love SL design and who give of their time for free.  It's an absolutely beautiful publication.

The party was hosted at the home area of Dirk Talamasca that was remodeled by Neva Crystall and Wendy Xeno the makers of Gilmour/Humanoid and Neva River (previously blogged).  They have a great eye for detail and the sim is amazing to play in.  I went back for some pics with a friend.  This is another sim that is great with windlight and has fun sweet poses all around.  But hurry and visit as I believe Dirk has opened his home to the public on a limited time only and it is an amazing sim well worth rushing over to see.

Neva River

Another beautiful sim owned by Atteris Amarth & Neva Crystall, sim design by talented Wendy Xeno (owner of HuMaNoiD sim), interior design by Neva Crystall. The sim opened last night.  At first it doesn't appear to be as large as Humaoid as I didn't find any of the magic doors leading to others worlds to explore, but it's impressively filled with small pockets of wonderment throughout. It seems great care was taken with each selection of things in the sim that I literally wanted to photograph everything I could find.  The longer I stayed the more I found I just wanted to absorb every inch and save with pictures.. so here goes.  A string of photos.  And there is sooo much more than what I will post here.  Also mentionable is the very cool rock sound garden area where when you step on different stones you get a different sound, a music box you can wind up and dance on,  pose and cuddle areas, and also simply the way the windlights offer varying experiences as they work so well.  I mostly stuck on a pinkish tone but on landing they changed to sort of an orange glow that also worked well.  I experiemented with others and all were so fun there. Check it out.
