The Most Wonderful Party
Looks like this will be another great party folks, and I have it on good authority (from Ling himself) there will also be live music Monday too with AM Forte and Oblee at 8 and 9. So I'm looking forward to some great music! Hope to see you there.

Weinger Galleries Presents The Roof 5th Anniversary Shows Monday & Wednesday

Remember the good old days where twice a week you could count on some great music over at "The Roof" hosted by Lingual Markus? He had his art gallery beneath the glass floor and one could dance, listen to the great all night lineup of live music, socialize always with a huge crowd, and cam down into or visit his art gallery below. Well Ling is and David Weiner are having a couple of parties this week. They are promoting David Weiner's art gallery and will bring back some great music. I popped into the sim to get the direct link (above) and ran into both Ling and David so grabbed a pic in front of David's gallery. There is even a great art sale that includes RL art in the party area. I'm sure this will be a fun reunion for a lot of music and art lovers, so I hope to see everyone there.

The Roof @ Hydraxis As Lingual Markus Moves Forward

"Hydraxis, Live Music Venue, The Music Lives Here" At Serenity Shores
Time passes and many things come and go in SL, but there always seems to be a few people, places, and things you can count on and for the past 2.5 years The Roof @ NYC was a dependable Monday, Wednesday, and often additional evening of great musical entertainment brought to us by Lingual Markus. Ling premiered some great new talent over the years alongside his steady regular musicians that kept The Roof packed. But now NYC will be closing in 2 days and selling, so The Roof and Ling are moving on. Ling is looking at this as an opportunity and stated he's all set up at Hydraxis, has had a test/preview night that was successful and will officially be up and running at Hydraxis October 22nd. He said this is a chance to recreate and the new place has a larger capacity at 77. There will also be shopping in the mall for those interested. Ling said he's ready to move forward and the lineup planned for the 22nd includes: 8pm Voodoo 9pm Ganjo 10pm Noma so far. I'm sure his many loyal patrons will be excited with the new place and larger capacity and I look foward to seeing everyone there.

Blair Bond and Max Kleene are dual streaming at The Roof, NYC Lings place tonight. As usual every Monday and Wednesday Ling has a full line-up of great live music and tonight the crowd hovers at over 60 avs. Always fun and a great crowd, check it out.

Happy 4th Rez Day Lingual Markus
My good buddy Ling celebrated his 4th rez day with a huge DC comic/superhero party at The Roof, his hugely popular live music venue in New York above his impressive art gallery. The party was packed all night long with some great musicians providing the entertainment. The costumes were great and Ling, who is every one's superman, made three cool costume changes throughout the evening. I took a ton of pics more of which may surface later, but for now.... Happy Rez Day Ling!
