Tried and True Sim Explores

I started this blog post on Thursday and was going to call it a Throwback Thursday post for Thanksgiving.  I thought I'd post some of my fave long lasting explore sims in appreciation for the joy they've consistently brought me in a world where many places come and go.  These have been around a long time and I'm sure I've blogged them all at some point or another in the past but are worthy of a new post for new residents or some that don't get around much.  Some have changed a little making further exploring a new experience. I might even add a few more later.  Enjoy

Chouchou has been around for long time with a break for a while and is associated with music by the group of the same name.  I've been back visiting this watery land known for the many pics on the main ground Chouchou level by the piano next to the tree and later in the Memento mori cathedral, but either I'd forgotten or missed the sound squares the lead up the tower of Babel. Clicking the squares and objects project piano and voice sung notes and percussion sounds.   Other sections are Islmaey Garden in the sky, Chouchou's live music venue,  and the music store where you can buy Chouchou's music.  You can even get a free hud to view the sim in a different way.  This is a great explore and sound area and a must see.

Chouchou is Back!

My friend and amazing builder and clothier, Drake Huet (known to Flickr as Smiles), advised me that Chouchou is back and has a huge amazing building added. I had to see for myself and was delighted to find some of the same general look to the main area complete with piano and tree, but I also found the huge light building with seemingly a million stairs and 14,890 prim. There is seating then a stage area showcasing none other than another piano. I think the background music remains the same as always from what I can remember. This was a very cool sim before and it's even better now. Check it out here: ChouchouHere. Then tp down or drop down to what I consider the "old" Chouchou area.
